TOP 100

The benchmarking project TOP 100 also sees itself as an image offensive for small and medium scale companies and every year selects anew its TOP 100 companies. The targets of these companies lay the foundation for the success of tomorrow´s innovation. All TOP 100 companies are distinctive for new patterns of thought and action and convince through trend-setting innovative services. Admission to the circle of the TOP 100 is subject to the review of various factors: the design and organisation of the innovation process, clarity in innovation strategy, adequacy of available resources, responsibility and commitment of top management and a corporate culture directed at innovation. The companies are then assessed in four sectors and duly rewarded: processes and organisation, innovation atmospherics, furthering of innovation by top management and innovation marketing. At an exclusive award ceremony in Berlin on 4th July 2003, the names of the TOP 100 companies were announced - and NOBILIS GROUP was among them. The ceremony was impressive, attended by 250 guests, personalities from business and politics, the TOP 100 companies themselves and members of the media.
